My name is Raychel, and I have been a 4th and 5th grade teacher for the last 10 years.  This coming school year I will be a 3rd grade teacher for the first time, and I’m excited to share the books in my blog with my students.  Currently, I’m am working on my Master’s degree of Library Science from Sam Houston State University.  I’m looking forward to put into practice all that I have learned so far.  It’s been really fun practicing with my husband of 17 1/2 years!  He’s been devouring the books, which is refreshing to see because he usually just reads techie articles for his computer business.  My 16-year-old daughter has been taking university courses herself this summer, and my 14-year-old son has been slowing toasting in the summer sun with his marching band, so it’s down to an audience of one (thanks, Hubby!).  Our dog Percy (Jackson), has been my constant companion as I type away!
